Florida United Methodist Children’s Home Announces Plans To Build Youth Ranch in Madison, Florida
January 17, 2012 -- On January 17, at 8:30 a.m., The Florida United Methodist Children’s Home will hold a special Leadership Breakfast on the 22nd Floor of the Capitol Building in Tallahassee, where we will unveil the conceptual design for a new Youth Ranch in Madison, Florida.

Florida United Methodist Children’s Home Dedicates Two New Homes
September 14, 2011 -- On September 20, 2011, there will be a Dedication ceremony for two new residential homes, at 12:00 noon on the campus of The Florida United Methodist Children’s Home. These two homes will allow the home to care for approximately 16-20 more children in need.
Florida United Methodist Children’s Home Receives Keys to Women’s Club of DeLand
June 7, 2011 -- THE FLORIDA UNITED METHODIST CHILDREN’S HOME is receiving the keys to the Women’s Club of DeLand in a special Key Transfer Ceremony on June 10, 2011, at 1:30 pm. The Women’s Club is located at 128 West Michigan Avenue, Deland.

March 24, 2011 –- On March 29, 2011, there will be a public groundbreaking ceremony on two new residential cottages, at 12:00 noon on the campus of The Florida United Methodist Children’s Home. These two cottages will allow the home to care for approximately 16-20 more children in need.
The Florida United Methodist Children’s Home Wins Contract to Build Volusia County Lifeguard Chairs
September 9, 2010 -- The Construction Technology department of The Florida United Methodist Children’s Home has been awarded the contract to build 100 lifeguard chairs for the Volusia County Safety Patrol, for Volusia County beaches.
